Section 552.267 of the Texas Public Information Act of the Texas Government Code
when utilizing taxpayers money anyone can :
request under the TEXAS PUBLIC INFORMATION ACT, Chapter 552,texas government code,which guarentees the public's access to information in the custody of governmental agencies.
such as this one
1. All and any types of reports, contracts,documents, written notes, faxes, including but not limited to electronic emails between carlos garcia, president of delmar college, and guadalupe rangel from the rangel consulting firm between january 1, 2005 as of today june14, 2006.
